Should marijuana be legal??

As a very satisfide customer of the cannibass industry i personally have no idea why pot is not legal. I am a resident of california where pot is legal.......well kind of. If you walk into your doctors office and tell him you are blind have cancer aids cant sleep eat have headaches bad knees or a bad back maybe your suffering from depression. Really any excuse under the sun and about 200 dollars will get you a cannibus club card. And now your not an illegal drug user but just a care patient. Now im sorry but to me this is just retarted (i apologize to Mrs. Palin and the Palin family for the retard comment) My brother has a cannibus club card and i dont. When we sit in our living room and smoke we are the same thing 2 pot heads. Now i know this is suppose to mean that we sit around the house all day with the munchies playing video games living off your hard earned tax dollar. But as hard as i wish it this is just not true. We are just regurlar citizens who get high when we do get high we dont go seek other drugs (weed being a gateway drug is a lie and an insult too all of us who just smoke) go to a bar and try to sell cocaine ectasy or crystal meth and then go wait out side of a canibus club and do the same. OK are you finished im sure that you find the drunk idiots outside of the bar (and i have been one of them on several occasions) are the one's trying to by more drugs getting into fights and going home and beating there wives and kids. The only danger potheads ever cause is the snacks may get raided in the house and the only drug its a gateway too is xbox 360. I mean are we as a society serious when we decide to make something illegal cause its bad for your memmory but watch as teens kill eachother in drunk accidents everyday. I mean seriously whens the last time you heard a police report of anyone doing any major wrong doing and pot was the only thing found in there system. And why is the fight against legalizing marijuana so strong why are they so patianet about it. Usually the people who are against it no nothing about it except what they learned in conservative class and then they come out and spew false hoods about it. Me personally i think the reason it is elegal is because of the easy profit any average person would be able to make off of it. You can actually grow it and its actually worth money. Think about it for most people growing a never ending tomatoe feild is not an option even if they wanted too there for you have to acually usually be a farmer to make money growing vegetables. You need alot of time and alot of yard. You can grow pot in your closet. (seriously thats great isnt it) and you would be able to go anywhere and sell it. It would actually be the definition of a free market. Now you know our gov't couldnt have that so i do believe if it ever did become legal it would still be illegal to grow. I also know it is illegal because anything that is labeled "drug" just automatically scares politicans who only care about re election and never whats wrong and whats right. And i dont believe people who are in power really care about the topic. Maybe we need to get marijuana rights extremist for them to start paying attention. They are really putting people in jail and giving out finds for someone smoking something that makes you laugh and hungry. But if you smoke cancer on a stick witch is not only killing you but its also killing anybody in your facinity you get nothing you may get an email from kool ciggarates thanking you for sucking down their cancer. I do wonder though how many of these major alcohol and tobacco companies are major contribitors to political campains and party's. So im calling on all the potheads of the world to lets all save our money to offer a humongous contribution fun of wich ever party would be willing to legalize marijuana. No im just kiding keep your pot money but seriously write in give me your opinion and try to keep an open mind to both sides of the discussion (no matter how wrong one side is) because its your world im just typing in it.
