Let me play Devils Advocate in Steroids and Baseball

Lets face it lady's and gents as much as i would get creamed by any baseball lover for saying this i must speak my mind. Wasn't baseball a hell of a lot more entertaining when Sammy and Mark were chasing records. Back when Barry was chasing something new every season. I enjoyed actually believing that there was a player that was actually worth 25 million a season. How about the Brady Anderson 50 home run season's. Look the majors is not the NFL the NFL is a team promoted sport with a fan base in what seems to be every city where the city is dedicated to the team and not so much a player or stars. Baseball though operates a little more like basketball. Sure you have your main stay's like the Yankees and Sox. But most small market teams basically will need some type of face to draw crowds. And unless you have a magical squad ala last years Devil Rays nothing draws fans to the stands like the long ball. I see baseball going the way it was headed before steroids saved it. Then you will see rules losin and steroids will wave there ugly lucrative head once again. I see this happening with in the next decade. Though i hope im wrong because as a society it really does pass through our college's and high schools with kids who have dreams and wonna use every advantage.

RIP Steve Mcnair

Today at the young age of 36 years old ex Titan and Baltimore Raven quaterback Steve Mcnair has been murdered. Now i didn't know the man personally to comment on his character as a man, but i was a fan of the man i knew as a football player. From all accounts that i know there was not a tougher more dedicated player then Steve witch the proof was the fact that he was on the questionable list every week with injuries to almost every part of his body and played every week the way the game is suppose to be played with heart and passion for the game and his teammates. I mean he was just one of thoughs players you could tell was out there for alot more then the money ( I say alot cause i dont believe anyone just plays for a check every single week) but played for his teammates the fans the love of the game and ofcourse the 10 million he got every year. But i say that to say this no comments are needed unless you know the man just show your respects and keep it pushing RIP MR Mcnair we lost another one Warren Moon watch your back!!!!!

Should marijuana be legal??

As a very satisfide customer of the cannibass industry i personally have no idea why pot is not legal. I am a resident of california where pot is legal.......well kind of. If you walk into your doctors office and tell him you are blind have cancer aids cant sleep eat have headaches bad knees or a bad back maybe your suffering from depression. Really any excuse under the sun and about 200 dollars will get you a cannibus club card. And now your not an illegal drug user but just a care patient. Now im sorry but to me this is just retarted (i apologize to Mrs. Palin and the Palin family for the retard comment) My brother has a cannibus club card and i dont. When we sit in our living room and smoke we are the same thing 2 pot heads. Now i know this is suppose to mean that we sit around the house all day with the munchies playing video games living off your hard earned tax dollar. But as hard as i wish it this is just not true. We are just regurlar citizens who get high when we do get high we dont go seek other drugs (weed being a gateway drug is a lie and an insult too all of us who just smoke) go to a bar and try to sell cocaine ectasy or crystal meth and then go wait out side of a canibus club and do the same. OK are you finished im sure that you find the drunk idiots outside of the bar (and i have been one of them on several occasions) are the one's trying to by more drugs getting into fights and going home and beating there wives and kids. The only danger potheads ever cause is the snacks may get raided in the house and the only drug its a gateway too is xbox 360. I mean are we as a society serious when we decide to make something illegal cause its bad for your memmory but watch as teens kill eachother in drunk accidents everyday. I mean seriously whens the last time you heard a police report of anyone doing any major wrong doing and pot was the only thing found in there system. And why is the fight against legalizing marijuana so strong why are they so patianet about it. Usually the people who are against it no nothing about it except what they learned in conservative class and then they come out and spew false hoods about it. Me personally i think the reason it is elegal is because of the easy profit any average person would be able to make off of it. You can actually grow it and its actually worth money. Think about it for most people growing a never ending tomatoe feild is not an option even if they wanted too there for you have to acually usually be a farmer to make money growing vegetables. You need alot of time and alot of yard. You can grow pot in your closet. (seriously thats great isnt it) and you would be able to go anywhere and sell it. It would actually be the definition of a free market. Now you know our gov't couldnt have that so i do believe if it ever did become legal it would still be illegal to grow. I also know it is illegal because anything that is labeled "drug" just automatically scares politicans who only care about re election and never whats wrong and whats right. And i dont believe people who are in power really care about the topic. Maybe we need to get marijuana rights extremist for them to start paying attention. They are really putting people in jail and giving out finds for someone smoking something that makes you laugh and hungry. But if you smoke cancer on a stick witch is not only killing you but its also killing anybody in your facinity you get nothing you may get an email from kool ciggarates thanking you for sucking down their cancer. I do wonder though how many of these major alcohol and tobacco companies are major contribitors to political campains and party's. So im calling on all the potheads of the world to lets all save our money to offer a humongous contribution fun of wich ever party would be willing to legalize marijuana. No im just kiding keep your pot money but seriously write in give me your opinion and try to keep an open mind to both sides of the discussion (no matter how wrong one side is) because its your world im just typing in it.

No she isnt dead but i am hoping that this will be the end of her political career. Why do you think she stepped down Palin '12 is she gonna be the new face of the republican party? Today they are saying that former defensive player of the year Ron Artest is about to join the NBA Champs lakers. Now when i first heard this story what popped into my head was another laker championship then i calmed my little brain down got over my kobe love took a step back to realize how hard it is to win 1 championship let alone 2 and came up with the conclusion that the lakers will win the next 2 NBA finals (if they sign Odom one with out him) and for thoughs of you who disagree think back to when nobody wanted a defensive stopper and off the court extremist Dennis Rodman and you looked at the bulls and said the same thing that you thought when you looked at this page. Yes it may sound crazy but wining and the chance of championships even cures crazyness if only for a short time. Agree or Dis Agree you tell me its your world im just typing in it.

The Media Michael Jackson

Now i will start this the way that for this week is a popular way to start a blog or a news show or maybe even an award speech. Id like to say RIP to Michael Jackson and send my deepest condolense to his family and loved ones i like most was a fan of his music and the giving and loving man. Now unlike the media be it fox news msnbc or cnn i will not folllow my respects with an hour of every rumor and harsh reality that i can dig up about the man. Instead i will ask if the death of this man is digging up the harsh realities of our society as a hole. I must ask do you fellow citizens of the world (although as amercians according to a former senator we are not citizens of the world but citizens of america like america is a country from a diffrent world) but i digress. Feel that directly after a mans death we should pay his respects by trying to figure out if he was doped up at the time of his death, or try to see if we can find a family member of his too try and see if they say something crazy that we can replay over and over again. Now i am never on to knock ones hustle. So if they came to me with well thats whats gets the ratings although i think its wrong i do understand that we live in a capotolistic society. But in this instants too me personally i do not believe that all this negative media coverage helped them in anyway. This is the biggest pop and media icon in history along with The Beatles and Elvis. The fact that he died is news enough to send any news stations ratings through the roof. Everyone i have talk too on these topics say that they would rather see the news playing and analyzing his music and good deeds rather then trying to figure out if a hollywood doctor was giving his client perscription drugs (Does any one else get mad when the media treets us like idiots) to me what our society has become is too blame i believe that hour news doesn't even think or attempt to find the positive in a story anymore as much as i always write with my right hand. The tear eachother down system and sit and laugh has now become ingraned in america society. So i ask America is it the media the system maybe its me maybe its you maybe its us i dont know but i do know that at some point and time respecting the dollar became more important the respecting the dead leave me your opinions and help me and anyone else with and open heart and an open mind understand this world.
